He does very good work and I have found his rates to be reasonable. We communicate on a regular basis throughout a project. We trust one another and In most cases we work on time and material and he submits regular (monthly) invoices. On some projects I will pay a deposit in advance for significant components or parts. Fred has taken care of all my collector cars for several years. I have been on six Colorado Grands with cars that Fred has prepared and have never had an issue.
